AUCKLAND MOTOR-BUS COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company held on 10th day of October, 1925, the following resolution was passed :—
That the Auckland Motor-bus Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. H. B. ANDERSON be appointed the Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

WAIOTAHİ DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waiotahi Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £1,050, authorized to be raised by the Waiotahi Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing a flood-gate and necessary drainage-works, the said Waiotahi Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence in the one pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waiotahi Drainage District, comprising the whole of the said district; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MADE IN PURSUANCE OF THE LOCAL BODIES’ LOANS ACT, 1913.
- WHEREAS the resolution striking a special rate of one-sixth of a penny (½d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Whangarei passed on the 2nd day of February, 1925, and gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette of the 12th day of February, 1925, page 542, as security for the Whangarei Borough Railway Overhead Bridges Loan of £5,450, shows the term of such loan be twenty (20) years: And whereas the term of such loan is thirty-six and a half (36½) years, that such resolution be rescinded.
- That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £5,450, authorized to be raised by the Whangarei Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing overhead railway crossings at Walton Street, and Rust Lane, in the Borough of Whangarei, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-sixth of a penny (½d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Borough of Whangarei; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years or until the loan is fully paid off.

DANNEVIRKE COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Dannevirke County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing instalments and principal on a loan of forty-five thousand pounds (£45,000) authorized to be raised for the purpose of providing money for construction and reconstruction work on the main highways within the County of Dannevirke, the Dannevirke County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate sixty-sixth one hundredths (66/100ths) of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the County of Dannevirke, such rate to be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off, and to be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year.

MATAKAOA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any), the Matakaoa County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest and sinking fund and other charges on the Matakaoa County Council Potaka-Waikura Road Loan of £3,000, 1925, authorized to be raised by the Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing the Potaka-Waikura Road, as far as the money will permit, the Matakaoa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fifth of one penny in the pound (£1) on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Potaka-Waikura or Whangaparaoa Riding Special-rating Area, comprising all rateable property in the Whangaparaoa Riding of the County of Matakaoa, and declares that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the first day of October and April in each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

HAURAKI PLAINS COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Hauraki Plains County Maukoro Deviation Bridge Loan of £1,400, 1925, authorized to be raised by the Hauraki Plains County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing the Hauraki Plains County Council’s share of the cost of constructing a bridge, together with approaches thereto, over the Piako River at or near Tahuna, which bridge is more particularly described in the Warrant dated the 27th day of March, 1925, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General pursuant to the provisions of section 119 of the Public Works Act, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 2nd day of April, 1925, on page 998, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fortieth (1/40th) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the County of Hauraki Plains; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
