Special Order made by the Mangawara Drainage Board subdividing the District and fixing Representation for Subdivisions.

The following special order, made by the Mangawara Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1920.

MANGAWARA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
Special Order in connection with the Subdividing of the Board's District.
That the Mangawara Drainage Board resolves by way of special order to subdivide its district into two subdivisions
as provided for in section 16 of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and that the names of these shall be "Northern" and "Southern" Subdivision respectively, and that the Northern Subdivision shall comprise and contain all those lands within the Board's district to the north of a line as described hereunder, and that the Southern Subdivision shall comprise and contain all the residue, being all those lands within the Board's district to the south of such line, which line shall commence at the south-west corner of Section 181, Taupiri Parish, thence eastward in a straight line to a point on the eastern boundary of this section 4 chains north of the south-eastern corner of the same section; thence east by a line running to a point 1 chain north of an angle in the road forming the southern boundary of Lots 179 and 178, Taupiri Parish ; thence generally east to a point on the road which runs northward through Lot 1, being a subdivision of Sections 181, 179, 178, 465, and others 4 chains from a road junction on the southern boundary of the Lot 1 (above); thence by a line bearing 61Β° from true north, a distance of 13 chains; thence by a line to a point 10 chains from the south-east corner of Lot 1 of Lots 181, 179, and others, as mentioned above; and thence generally east by a line to intersect the eastern boundary of Lot 6, being a subdivision of part Lot 465 and others, Taupiri Parish, to a point 60 chains from the "tram-line," and that the Southern Subdivision shall have two members, and the Northern Subdivision three members.
I hereby certify that above special order was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Mangawara Drainage Board held on the 25th August, 1925, and confirmed at a meeting of the Board held on 6th October, 1925.
