Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowment vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments:

And whereas the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as a site for a public school, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the portion of the primary-education endowment described in the Schedule hereto as a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 360 of Te Rapa Parish, situated in the Borough of Hamilton, Block I, Hamilton Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by other part of Allotment 360, 884·8 links; towards the south-east by Whatawhata Road, 1198·7 links; towards the north-west by a public road, 1197·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/190A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.

Consul of the Chinese Republic at Wellington to receive Moneys or Personal Chattels payable to Subjects of the Chinese Republic.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section fifty-two of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, as amended by section fifty-four of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that moneys or personal chattels payable or deliverable by the Public Trustee to subjects of the Chinese Republic resident therein may be paid or delivered to the Consul of the Chinese Republic resident at Wellington.

Given under my hand at Wellington this 27th day of November, 1925.
