Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waiheke Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint The Ostend Road Board to be the Waiheke Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ostend Road Board's Office, Williamson Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WAIHEKE DOMAIN.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 4·8 perches, more or less, and 1 rood 16·3 perches, more or less, both being lots on the Land Transfer plan 14189, marked "Recreation reserve"; as the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/817, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Modifying Order in Council closing Old Cemetery, Borough of Tauranga.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made under the Cemeteries Act, 1882, and dated the nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, it was ordered and directed that from and after the first day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, burials within the cemetery adjoining the Cliff Road in the Borough of Tauranga shall be wholly discontinued:
And whereas it is expedient to vary the said Order in Council to the extent hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in that behalf vested in him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the said Order in Council,
Arthur Algernon Crapp,
George Thomas Davoren,
Charles William Eyre,
John Hollings Griffiths,
Henry John Knowles, and
John Macintosh Roberts may be buried in the said cemetery.
