ERRATUM.--In the Proclamation dated 5th September,
1925, taking additional land at Frankton for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 63, of 10th September, 1925, page 2541, in the twenty-fourth item in Schedule, for "25·66 perches" read "25·56 perches."

Additional Land at Southdown taken for the Purpose of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Southdown, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Suburbs of Auckland, Blocks II and VI, Otahuhu Survey District, One Tree Hill Road District. (S.O. 23477, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36456, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue and green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1925.

Land taken at Palmerston North (Palmerston North Deviation of the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway), for Sites for Dwellings for Employees of Government Railways Department.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Government Railways Amendment Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 36 acres 3 roods 0·4 perches.

Being Lots 9 and 10 and parts Lots 1 and 8 (D.P. 4946) of Section 556, Town of Palmerston North, Block VII, Ka-ranga Survey District, Kairanga County. (S.O. 2013.)

In the Wellington Land District : as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36553, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1925.
