ERRATUM.—In line 2 of section 2 of Regulations for the Election of a Member of the Wellington City and Sub-urban Highways Board of Control by Payers of Fees under section 9 of the Hutt Road Amendment Act, 1917, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of 15th January, 1925, page 98, for "paragraph (c)" read "paragraph (e)."

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a Permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
State Forest Part No. 7.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 184 acres, more or less, being Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L 2B No. 5, situated in Block VI, Tarawera Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Commencing at its most northern point, being an intersection of the eastern boundary of Whakarewarewa Plantation (New Zealand Gazette, 1906, page 2506) with a road, and running in a south-easterly direction generally by the aforesaid road to Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L 2B No. 2 (State Forest, New Zealand Gazette, 1922, page 572); thence by the northern and western boundaries of the last-mentioned block to the northern boundary of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L 2B No. 3; thence by the northern and western boundaries of that block and the western boundary of Parekarangi 6L 2B No. 4 (Crown land) and Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6L 2B No. 1; thence running in a south-westerly direction by the last-mentioned boundary to Whakarewarewa Plantation ; thence in a north-easterly direction by the boundary of the said plantation, 9261·4 links, to the point of commencement. As the same
is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/9, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1925.

Setting apart Land n Hawke's Bay Land District for Leasing as Small Grazing-runs under the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-five of the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the run mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and twenty-five to two hundred and forty-eight of Part V of the Land Act, 1924, relating to small grazing-runs.

Second-class Land.
Run 103, Maungaharuru Survey District : Area, 3,069 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1925.
