Hursthouse Road Bridging Loan, £325.
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest, and other charges on a loan of £325, authorized to be raised by the Inglewood County Council under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of constructing two bridges on the Hursthouse Road, within the Hursthouse Road Special-rating Area (one bridge over the Manganaeia Stream and one over Waiongonaiti Stream), the Inglewood County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fifty-seven one-hundredths part of a penny in the pound (57/100ths part of a penny in the £1) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hurst-house Road Bridges Special-rating Area, comprising the whole of the following properties: Sections 98, containing 156 acres; 49, part 50, containing 121 acres; part 50/80, containing 120 acres; Lot 1 of Section 133, containing 113 acres; Section 53, containing 81 acres; Section 55, containing 60 acres; Section 54, containing 61 acres 2 roods 32 perches; Section 99 and part 140, containing 113 acres; Section part 135, Block IV, Egmont Survey District, and part 134, Block XI, Paritutu Survey District, containing 113 acres 3 roods; part 133/4/5, Block IV, Egmont Survey District, containing 113 acres; and Lot 1 of Section 100 and part 106, Block IV, Egmont Survey District, 95 acres; within the Hursthouse Road Bridges Special-rating Area. And that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Hursthouse Road Formation and Metalling 10-per-cent. Loan, £50.
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest, and other charges on a loan of £50, authorized to be raised by the Inglewood County Council under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of forming and metalling Hursthouse Road, within the Hurst-house Road Special-rating Area, the Inglewood County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fifth part of a penny (¼th of 1d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hursthouse Road Special-rating Area, comprising the following properties: Section 98, containing 156 acres; Section 49 part 50, containing 121 acres; part Section 50 and Section 80, containing 120 acres; Lot 1 of Section 133, containing 113 acres; Section 53, containing 81 acres; Section 55, containing 60 acres; Section 54, containing 61 acres 2 roods 32 perches; Section 99, containing 57 acres, all of Block XI, Paritutu Survey District; Section 133/4, Block XI, Paritutu Survey District, part Section 135, Block II, Egmont Survey District, containing 113 acres; Hursthouse Road Special-rating Area. And that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

VICTORIA BOWLING CLUB (LIMITED).
Pursuant to section 223, Companies Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 2nd September, 1925, a special resolution to the effect that the above club do go into voluntary liquidation and that Messrs. R. DIXON, G. E. GODBER, and D. C. INNES be appointed Liquidators, was passed; and further that the passing of such resolution was confirmed at a second extraordinary general meeting held on 16th September, 1925.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
