NOTICE is hereby given that this company passed an extraordinary resolution on the 1st day of September, 1925, to the effect that it be wound up voluntarily, and that RICHARD HULSE and JOHN LAURENCE ARCUS be appointed Liquidators.
All claims against the company are to be sent in to the Liquidators, care of Messrs. Arcus and Patrick, Public Accountants, 131 Featherston Street, Wellington, not later than 15th September, 1925, otherwise they may not be recognized.

RICCARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Riccarton Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the widening of Clarence Street, commonly known as Clarence Road; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate at Clarence Street, Riccarton, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by or having any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or the taking of the said land are required to state forthwith in writing such objections, and forward such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Riccarton Borough Council at its public office situate as aforesaid.

Under the Public Works Act, 1908; and in the matter of the taking under the said Act by the GREY COUNTY COUNCIL of certain lands for the purpose of a road.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed by the Grey County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District; and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Grey County Council, Gresson Street, Greymouth, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands, should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work, or the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Grey County Council at its said office at Greymouth.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on at Mosgiel by ANGUS GLENGARRY and HENRY CONDIE CONNOR, under the firm or style of “Glengarry and Connor,” Plumbers, Drainers, and General Tinsmiths, was dissolved by mutual consent on this 31st August, 1925.
All debts owing to the late firm are to be paid to the said HENRY CONDIE CONNOR, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name and will pay all the debts and liabilities of the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the company’s registered office, Joel’s Buildings, 21 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 29th September, 1925, at 8 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
