IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Henry Francis Miller,
John Ernest Deacon,
Daniel Galvin,
Sidney George Herbert,
Alexander Joseph Macpherson,
Thomas White Maxwell, and
John Mitchell

to be the Tenaumai Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, at seven-thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the store building, Naumai, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

The Manukau County Council

to be the East Tamaki Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Manukau County Council’s Office, Auckland, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Little River Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Coronation Library, Little River, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

LITTLE RIVER DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 12·4 perches, being part of Lot 4, Block III, of Native Reserve 887, situated in Blocks XIII, Pigeon Bay, and II, Akaroa Survey Districts, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Lot 3B of Block III of Native Reserve 887, 861·8 links; towards the south-east by the main road to Akaroa, 679·2 links and 409·8 links; towards the south-west by other part of the said Lot 4, 392·3 links; and towards the north-west by Western Valley Road, 1073·4 links and 39·7 links.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 6 perches, being Reserve 3729 (formerly Lot 32, Morice Settlement), situated in Block XIII, Pigeon Bay Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Bolton Street, 871·2 links; towards the south-east by the road and railway reserve, 427·4 links; towards the south-west by Fleet Street, 804·2 links; and towards the north-west by Valley Road, 411·1 links.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 62 acres 2 roods, being Reserve 1649, situated in Block XIII, Pigeon Bay Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Reserve 935, 4000 links; towards the south-east by Sections 19397 and 31132, 1695·9 links; towards the south-west generally by Sections 31132 and 30378, 1812 links, by Section 20137, 422 links, 1251·1 links, and 422 links, and by a public road, 937 links; and towards the north-west by Lots 1, 35, and 9 of Reserves 220, 221, and 222, 1683·7 links.

As the same are delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 1/204 A, B, and C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
