Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VII, XI,
and XII, Mata Survey District, Waiapu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land being taken:-
A. R. P. Being Portion of
6 3 26 Waapiro A 15, Blocks VII, XI, and XII;
coloured yellow.
2 3 33 Waapiro A 16, Block XII ; coloured pink.
Situated in Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O.
1204, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60124,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July,
1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the
road in Hautapu Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes
of a Post-office in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District,
Borough of Marton.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 60, of the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-four, taking land for the purposes of a
post-office in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough
of Marton, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
such land being no longer required for the purposes for which
it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required : 6.6
perches, being portion of Section 17, Rangitikei Agri-
cultural Reserve.
Situated in the Borough of Marton, Block III, Rangitoto
Survey District. (S.O. 1888.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63267, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wel-
lington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured
blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July,
1925.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Pakuratahi Block
No. 1, Hawke's Bay Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
was by an order of the Native Land Court made on
the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and eighteen, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of
section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said
road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a noti-
fication to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of
Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given
by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district
concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line
should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pur-
suance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do
hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
13 acres 2 roods 15 perches.
Portion of Pakuratahi Block No. 1, situated in Block VIII,
Puketapu Survey District.
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/787,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2115, and thereon coloured
pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of July,
1925.
