Money-orders for Payment beyond New Zealand.—Commission.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1925.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby fix the charges set forth in the Schedule hereto for the transmission by post of money-orders payable beyond New Zealand; and doth order and declare that any charges of similar purport heretofore made are hereby revoked in so far as they are not in agreement with the charges made in the said Schedule, but that otherwise any such other charges shall remain in full force and virtue, and shall be read and applied together with the charges hereby fixed; and doth further order and declare that such revocation and the charges hereby fixed shall have effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

Portion of Wallath Road, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1925.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz:—
“That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of both sides of Wallath Road to which Sections part 18, part 19, and Sections 21 and 24, New Plymouth, have frontages ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land adjoining either side of the said portion of Wallath Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Wallath Road, fronting part Section 18 and Sections 19, 21, and 24, Town of New Plymouth. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63053, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Gill Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
