Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required
for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the stopped Government roads declared
to be Crown land:

A. R. P. Being
1 0 28 Cadman Street, Township of Te Puia.
0 3 34.4 Thompson Street, Township of Te Puia.

Situated in Block XVI, Mata Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.). (S.O. 1235, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62633,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of July,
1925.

I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby de-
clare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July,
1925.

Waiapu Survey District, Waiapu County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a stock-paddock,
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waiapu as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the first day of August, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:-

edged pink.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62100,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July,
1925.

Wellington.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
street in the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also de-
clare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 207 perches.
Being portion of Section 170, Town of Wellington, situated
in City of Wellington. (S.O. 1943.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63024,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July,
1925.

of Wellington.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a pleasure-ground
in the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the Mayor, Coun-
cillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
