Additional Land at Morrinsville taken for the Purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waikato-Thames Railway to take further land at Morrinsville, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land: 3 roods 6Β·16 perches.
Part of Section 196, D.P. 2461, Motumaoho No. 2 Block, Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District (Borough of Morrinsville). (S.O. 23658, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 35974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an automatic telephone-exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2Β·55 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 5556, being part Section 28, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (Karori R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 1965.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62405, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1925.
