Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 10 acres 0 roods 8 perches.
Being portion of Section 32 (Waitohi Valley).
Situated in Block XV, Linkwater Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61647, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

APPROXIMATE area of the stopped Government road declared to be Crown land : 3 acres 1 rood 6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 15, 20, and 21, situated in Block VIII, Hillend Survey District. (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61149, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.
