resolution was duly passed by entry in the company's
minute-book on the 11th day of June, 1925:-
"That St. GEORGE'S SCHOOL (LIMITED) be wound up
voluntarily, and that ALGERNON INSTONE RAINBOW and
WILLIAM BARTON HOBBS, of Hastings, Public Accountants,
be and the same are hereby appointed Liquidators to the

NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING.
NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary General
Meeting of the Motu Co-operative Saleyards
COMPANY (LIMITED) will be held at the Matawai Saleyards,
at Matawai, on Wednesday, 27th day of May, 1925, at 2 p.m.,
for the purpose of confirming the special resolutions passed
at a meeting held on the 5th May, 1925.
Special Resolutions.
(1.) "That the Company be wound up voluntarily under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and amendments,
and that the SECRETARY OF THE COMPANY be duly appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
(2.) "That the Liquidator of this company be authorized
to sell the whole or any part of the company's business and
property to the Matawai Co-operative Saleyards Company
(Limited), and to receive in consideration therefor fully or
partly paid-up shares or other like interests in the Matawai
Co-operative Saleyards Company (Limited), and to distribute
the same among the members of this company.

New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of
