PICTURE PROJECTOR ADVERTISING (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the shareholders of PICTURE PROJECTOR ADVERTISING (LIMITED), held on the 15th day of May, 1925, the following resolution was passed:—
“It is resolved by way of special resolution in terms of subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. JAMES McINTOSH, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned at No. 54 Onslow Road, Epsom, has, as from the 1st May, 1925, been dissolved by mutual consent.
The undersigned LEWIS WALTER LEWIS will carry on business at the above premises as a Nurseryman as from the said date, but the undersigned WILLIAM EDWARD TAYLOR will pay all liabilities and be entitled to receive all debts due to the Partnership up to the said date.

PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
ABSENTEE OWNER.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Body Corporate called THE MAYOR, COUNCILLORS, AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF AUCKLAND intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a public work—to wit, the Huia water-supply extension works; and that a plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited for public inspection in the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall, Queen Street, Auckland, and may be inspected there without fee during office hours; and further notice is hereby given that unless within forty days from the 20th day of May, 1925, being the date of the first publication of this notice, any written objection to the taking of such land is sent to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, the said Auckland City Council shall forthwith proceed to take and acquire the said land for such public work.
THE SCHEDULE.
All that piece or parcel of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 40 acres, more or less, being the south-eastern portion of Allotment No. 11 of the Parish of Karangahape and County of Eden. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 14 of said parish, 985 links; towards the south-east by the abutment of a road 100 links wide and by Allotment 12 of said parish, 4,200 links; towards the south-west by a road, 985 links; and towards the north-west by other portion of Allotment 11, 4180 links, to the commencing point; and being the whole of the land comprised and described in a certain grant from the Crown bearing date the 4th day of September, 1869, to one Joseph Montgomery, of Great Barrier Island, Wood-merchant, and registered in the Deeds Register Office at Auckland under No. 40769.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and their amendments, and the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1924.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work—namely, street-widening at Marine Parade, Seatoun, in the City of Wellington; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or the taking of such lands should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
