As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62411, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Bulteel Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of May, 1925.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the 20th day of April, 1925, viz. :— “That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Bulteel Street to which Section 770, New Plymouth, has frontage”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land adjoining the northern side of the portion of Bulteel Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Bulteel Street, to which Section 770, Town of New Plymouth, has frontage. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62226, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Percival Parade, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz. :— “That the Auckland City Council, having control of Percival Parade, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street fronting Lots 2 and 3 of a subdivision of Lots (part) 10, 41, 42 of Allotment 12, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland ;” subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land adjoining the western side of the portion of Percival Parade (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Percival Parade, fronting Lots 2 and 3 of a subdivision of part Lots 10, 41, and 42 of Allotment 12, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62050, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Portions of Roads in Block III, Wyndham Survey District, County of Southland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 4th day of May, 1925.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Southland County Council on the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz. :- “That the Southland County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads traversing Section 15, Block III, Wyndham Survey District, and the road between said Section 15 and Sections 2 and 4 of the said Block III, and the road between said Section 15 and Section 6 of the said block, Wyndham Survey District, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said roads above specified”; such portions of roads being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL those portions of roads situated in the Southland Land District, Southland County, adjoining or passing through Section 15, Block III, Wyndham Survey District, as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62618, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Weymouth Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
