I, Sidney L. Smith, of Muir’s Reefs, Te Puke, the Secretary
of Muir’s Gold Reefs (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely
declare that this is a true and complete statement of the
affairs of the said company as at the 31st December, 1924 ;
and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be true, and by virtue of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1908.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting in the business of
Hairdressers and Tobacconists between WILLIAM
MATTHEW CANN, JOHN PARLANE, RICHARD HORSFALL REN-
SHAW, and GEORGE RANDALL BRADLEY, all of Hamilton,
Tobacconists, and carried on by them at Elswick Chambers
at Hamilton under the style or firm name of “ W. Cann
and Co.,” is hereby dissolved by mutual consent as from the
31st March, 1925.
The business will in future be carried on by Messrs. John
Parlane and George Randall Bradley, who will discharge all
debts owing by the late Partnership and who are entitled
to receive all moneys owing to it. The name of the new
firm will be “ J. Parlane and Co.”

THE NEW ZEALAND HONEY CONTROL BOARD.
IN pursuance of the powers conferred by the Honey-export
Control Act, 1924, the New Zealand Honey Control
Board hereby gives notice that on and after the 18th day of
April, 1925, it is taking limited control over all honey for
export to the United Kingdom, the Irish Free State, and the
Continent of Europe, such control requiring that the said
honey shall only be exported to the Board’s Agents, Messrs.
