- The boundaries of the said subdivisions shall be as follows :—
Te Rahu Subdivision.—All that area in the Lower Mangapiko Drainage District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line with the southern boundary of the district in easterly, northerly, westerly, and southerly directions by the boundary of the district to the northern corner of Allotment 233 of the Parish of Puniu; thence by the western boundaries of Allotments 233 and 237 of the said parish and a line across a road to the northern corner of Allotment 60 of the Parish of Mangapiko; thence by the northern boundaries of Allotments 60 and 61 of the said parish, a line across a road, the northern boundaries of Allotments 62 and 70A of the said parish, and the production of such last-mentioned boundary to the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line; thence southerly by the eastern side of the said railway-line to its intersection with the southern boundary of the district, the place of commencement.
Mangapiko Subdivision.—All that area in the Lower Mangapiko Drainage District bounded by a line commencing at the northern corner of Allotment 233 of the Parish of Puniu in southerly, westerly, and southerly directions by the boundary of the Te Rahu Subdivision to the intersection of the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line with the southern boundary of the district; thence westerly and northerly by the southern and western boundaries of the district to the north-western corner of Allotment 121 of the Parish of Mangapiko; thence southerly by the western boundaries of Allotments 121, 120A, 120, 119, and 118 of the said parish to the south-western corner of Allotment 118; thence by the southern boundary of Allotment 118, the western boundary of Allotment 123 of the said parish, and a line across a road to the Mangapiko Stream; thence easterly by the Mangapiko Stream to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 151A of the said parish; thence north-easterly by the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 151A, 152A, 152, 149, 148, and 147 of the said parish to the northern boundary of the district; thence south-easterly and easterly by the northern boundary of the district; thence south-easterly and easterly by the northern boundary of the district to the north-western corner of Allotment 233 of the Parish of Puniu, the place of commencement.
Paterangi Subdivision.—All that area in the Lower Mangapiko Drainage District bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Allotment 121 of the Parish of Mangapiko, easterly by the northern boundary of the district to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 147 of the said Parish; thence south-westerly, westerly, and northerly by the boundary of the Mangapiko Subdivision to the north-western corner of the said Allotment 121, the place of commencement.
- The number of trustees to be elected for each subdivision shall be as follows: For the Te Rahu Subdivision, three trustees; for the Mangapiko Subdivision, three trustees; for the Paterangi Subdivision, one trustee.

IN exercise of the powers vested in it by section 142 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Patea Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order to reduce the number of Councillors, exclusive of the Mayor, required for the Borough of Patea, from nine to six.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-order and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for M. B. Prunier and Co. and the French and Colonial Credit Bank, Amiens, France.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the company and bank whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of the said company or the said bank shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said company or the said bank (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
