The North-western Side of Portion of Ohiro Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1925.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fourteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz.:
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the north-western side of all that portion of Ohiro Road beginning at a point 165·04 links from its junction with Aro Street and extending for a distance of approximately 175·94 links, being frontage of part Lot 1 D.P. 2973 and part closed road part Town Section 43, City of Wellington";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the north-western side of the portion of Ohiro Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Ohiro Road, fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 2973, and part closed road, being part Town Section 43, City of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60711, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution (in so far as such resolution affects the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto) passed by the Auckland City Council on the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, viz.:
"That the Auckland City Council, having control of St. Martin's Lane, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street fronting Lots 8 and 9 of Allotment 6, Section 15, Suburbs of Auckland";
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as St. Martin's Lane, fronting a proposed subdivision of Lots 8 and 9 of Allotment 6, Section 15, Suburbs of Auckland, and extending in a north-westerly and south-easterly direction. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60246, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

The Western Side of Portion of Nugent Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, viz.:
"That the Auckland City Council, having control of Nugent Street, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street fronting Allotment 16 and part Allotment 17 of Allotment 3, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion of Nugent Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District (City of Auckland), known as Nugent Street fronting Lot 16 and part Lot 17 of Allotment 3, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58342, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
