A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road-approach to the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier northwards, Tutira Section).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 0 roods 14 perches.
Portion of Petane No. 1 Block, situated in Block III, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 802, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61655, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Greymouth Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
