TE AROHA BOROUGH.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the
Te Aroha Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:-
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £4,000, authorized to be raised by the
Te Aroha Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act,
for paying off the Council's electric lighting special loan for
the like amount heretofore raised, due 1st January, 1925,
the said Te Aroha Borough Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of twopence farthing in the pound upon the
rateable annual value of all rateable property of the Te Aroha
Borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be pay-
able yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year
during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty
years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

BOROUGH OF INGLEWOOD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.-STREETS-IMPROVEMENT
LOAN, £5,500, 1924.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and
of all other powers (if any) thereunto enabling, the Inglewood
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :-
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Inglewood
Borough Council Streets-improvement Loan of £5,500, 1924,
authorized to be raised by the said Council under the above-
mentioned Act, for the purpose of streets-improvements and
purchasing the necessary plant for carrying out such improve-
ments, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate
of one and five-eighths of a penny (1½d.) in the pound sterling
on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value)
of all rateable property within the Borough of Inglewood;
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the
first day of July in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.
