Amending Schedule to Poisons Act. (H. 2-11.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1925.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Poisons Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council relating to

Lysol and substitutes for lysol

made on the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and gazetted on the twenty-second day of March in the same year.

Declaring Portion of the Ararimu East Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1925.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Ararimu East Road in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point approximately 18 chains north of the boundary between Sections 11 and 1, Block I, Rangi Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 1 and Section 2, Block I, Rangi Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Otahu and Opotiki Roads, being a distance of 1 mile 35 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61762, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Opotiki Road, in the Ohura County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1925.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Opotiki Road in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point on the boundary between Sections 2 and 3, Block I, Rangi Survey District, 10 chains south of the boundary between Section 4 (Crown land), Block I, Rangi Survey District, and the aforesaid Section 3, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 2,

Block I, Rangi Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Otahu and Ararimu East Roads, being a distance of 77 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Hunts Road, in the Wairoa County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1925.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Gisborne Land District, Wairoa County, known as Hunts Road, commencing at its junction with the Ohuka Branch Road at the northernmost corner of Section 12s, Ohuka Settlement, Block II, Taramarama Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 12s and Sections 11s and 9s, Ohuka Settlement, Block II, Taramarama Survey District, and Section 8s, Ohuka Settlement, Block VI, Taramarama Survey District, and terminating at a point near the north-western corner of Section 1 E.R., Block VIIA, Taramarama Survey District, being a distance of 4 miles 10 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61621, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked Aβ€”B.

Extending Time for holding Election of Trustees for Waitoa Drainage District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of February, 1925.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section ten of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, it is provided that on the first Monday in the month of November in the year following the year in which the first trustees for any drainage district are elected, and on the same day in each succeeding third year thereafter, an election of trustees for each district shall be held:

And whereas an election of trustees for the Waitoa Drainage District should have been held on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four:

And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding such election of trustees for the Waitoa Drainage District:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section twenty-two of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for holding the aforesaid election of trustees for the Waitoa Drainage District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the aforesaid drainage district the said election shall be held and take place on Wednesday, the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
