A PROCLAMATION:
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 1Β·3 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1 of Meeanee Sub. 54 (police-station
site), (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 800.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61489,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of December,
1924.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the City of
Dunedin.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of a public school in the City
of Dunedin, and shall vest in the Education Board of the
District of Otago as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the twenty-second day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres, being
Part Sections 38 and 39.
Situated in Block VII, Town District, City of Dunedin.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56568, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of December,
1924.

edged red.

shall vest in the Wairoa Hospital Board as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this
