And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Waipara County Council, at Waikari, and is there open for
inspection for a period of forty days (without fee) by all
persons during office hours, and that all persons affected by
the taking of the said land should, if they have well grounded
objections to the taking thereof, set forth the same in writing
and send such writing within forty days of the first publica-
tion of this notice to the Clerk of the Waipara County Council
addressed to him at the office of the Council at Waikari.

THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.

All that parcel of land containing 7 acres 0 roods 4·5 perches,
the property of the executors of the late William Acton-Adams,
being the Lots numbered 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in the plan deposited
in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch as Number
2072, part of Rural Sections 7538 and 28915, situated in
Block XI of the Waikari Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of sections 230 and
252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held at
the offices of Messieurs Croker and McCormick, Solicitors,
Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 19th day of
December, 1924, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the
purpose of having an account laid before them showing the
manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the
property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any
explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also
for determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in
which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and
of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

£4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette as follows :—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette : For the first 32 pages, 9d. ;
increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or
part thereof ; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes : For the
first 8 pages, 6d. : over 8 pages and not exceeding
32 pages, 9d. ; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent
16 pages or part thereof ; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged

All advertisements should be written on one side of the

The number of insertions required must be written across
