MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Moutoa Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £800, authorized to be raised by the Moutoa Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the erection of a worker's dwelling, the said Moutoa Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-sixteenth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Moutoa Drainage Board District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-eight years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £40,000, authorized to be raised by the Rotorua County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of providing the necessary machinery and plant and for forming, improving, metalling, or surfacing various roads within the County of Rotorua, the said Rotorua County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and one-eighth of a penny (1½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the County of Rotorua; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August, in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan or loans authorized to be raised by the Rotorua County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the reconstruction of bridges within the County of Rotorua exceeding 30 ft. in span, the said Rotorua County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate not exceeding one- half penny (½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the County of Rotorua; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan or loans, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan or loans, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan or loans are fully paid off.

NOTICE is hereby given that any Partnership that may have been heretofore subsisting between JAMES WILLS and JOHN GEORGE HAMER in a Butcher's Small-goods business, under the name of "Wills and Co.," at Newmarket and Symonds Street, Auckland, has been dissolved as from the date hereof so far as concerns the said JOHN GEORGE HAMER.

NOTICE of extraordinary resolution passed by the shareholders at a meeting held at Taumarunui, on 7th October, 1924, “That in view of the action of the debenture-holder in forcing a sale of business, and in view of the fact that the company is now by reason of its liabilities unable to continue in business, the company's liabilities be wound up in accordance with the resolution passed at an adjourned meeting of creditors held in Auckland on Friday, 3rd inst., and that Mr. M. H. Wilks be and is hereby appointed Liquidator to wind up the affairs of the company. The liquidator’s remuneration to be in accordance with the scale authorized by the N.Z. Society of Accountants in the Auckland Province.”
