Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the nineteenth day of October then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 11, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District: Area, 411 acres 0 roods 32 perches.

Section 14, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District: Area, 338 acres 2 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1924.

Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.

West Taupo County.

SECTION 1, Pukemapou Settlement: Area, 70 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1924.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block VIII, Awakino North Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 23·2 perches.

Portion Mahoenui No. 4B, situated in Block VIII, Awakino North Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23272.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59701, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 2 roods 11·7 perches.

Portion of Section 26F 2D 2, Rangitoto-Tuhua Block, situated in Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23322.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60842, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a drain in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
