Revoking the Reservation over a Scenic Reserve in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixteenth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared a scenic reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 :
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes :
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 42, Block XV, Ngaiire Survey District: Area, 25 acres 0 roods 24 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of September, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared a scenic reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 :
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes by reason of the destruction of the forest thereon :
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 14, Block VII, Mount Cerberus Survey District: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 24 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of September, 1924.
