unit as part of the New Zealand Permanent Forces, to consist
of such number of officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned
officers, and men as may from time to time be authorized by
the Minister of Defence :-

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,
I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the
Borough of Otahuhu, taken on the 17th day of June, 1924, on
the proposal of the Otahuhu Borough Council to borrow the
sum of Β£3,000 for waterworks and streets-improvement,-
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 91 ;
the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 22 ;
the number of informal votes was 1.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
