HUTT RIVER BOARD.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt River Board proposes to acquire, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, one acre two roods twenty perches (1 ac. 2 rds. 20 per.) of land, being part of Section 17, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, and accretion for the purpose of river-protection works in the Hutt River District—to wit, the planting of trees thereon—and the construction of groynes abutting thereto; and that a plan of the said land has been deposited in the office of the Board, Town Hall Buildings, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection on all weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 and from 1 to 4 p.m. with the exception of Saturdays when the hours are 9 a.m. to noon.
All persons having any objection to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land are requested to send in such objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk to the Board, Lower Hutt.
