SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.β€”WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest, Part No. 57.

ALL that area, containing by admeasurement 550 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Block X, Aria Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: On the north by a road; on the east by Provisional State Forest No. 57 (New Zealand Gazette, 1920, page 925); on the south-east by Sections 1 and 2, Block XIV, Aria Survey District; on the south-west by Section 5 (Scenic Reserve), Block X aforesaid; and on the west by the Waitewhena Road. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 052, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon washed green with neutral border.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of January, 1924.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block XV, Omapere Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 perches. Portion of Lot 9, D.P. 7981, Taraire No. 10 No. 1 Block, situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22637.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58208, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Mangahao scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres. Portion of Section 33, situated in Block II, Rangitoto Survey District (Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve R.D.).

(S.O. 1840.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58348, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Swamp Drainage Act, 1915, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the more effective carrying-out of the drainage or other works in the Kaitaia Drainage-area, and shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5Β·9 perches, being portion of O.L.C. 214.

Situated in Block I, Takahue Survey District. (S.O. 21367.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55068, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and taken: 5 acres 3 roods 20 perches. Portion of Rangitoto-Tuhua 77m, Section 30 No. 1, situated in Block I, Tuhua Survey District. (S.O. 22824.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57779, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1924.
