Additional Land at Maungaturoto taken for the Purposes of the North Auckland Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Auckland Railway to take further land at Maungaturoto, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 acres 1 rood 36 perches.
Portion of Allotment 62, Wairau Parish, Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County. (S.O. 22507, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 32575, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of August, 1923.

Land held under Pastoral License proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section eleven of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1921β22, it is enacted that where any national-endowment land is held under a pasturage lease or license for a term of not less than fourteen years, of which not less than seven years have expired, and the Board is of opinion that the land comprised in the lease or license is not more than sufficient for the maintenance of the lessee and his family, the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare that the said land shall cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, which is held under pastoral license as aforesaid, should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section eleven, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 1 and 2 of Section 1, Block I (Part Run 94), Kaingaroa Survey District. Area, 4,271 acres 3 roods 36 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921β22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
