ERRATA.—In the notice respecting Letters of Naturalization granted, published in New Zealand Gazette No. 87, of the 20th December, 1923, page 3000, for “Fida Hunga” read “Fida Hunger.”
In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 18th day of December, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1, page 6, of the 10th day of January, 1924, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks XII and XVI, Mangaporo, and V and IX, Waiapu Survey Districts, Waiapu County, read plan P.W.D. “58249” in lieu of plan P.W.D. “48249,” and “Waiapu” Survey District in lieu of “Waipu” Survey District, in respect of the last thirteen areas in the said Schedule.
In the Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1, page 5, of 10th January, 1924, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block III, Mapara Survey District, read the date of the Proclamation as the 4th day of January, “1924,” in lieu of the 4th day of January, “1923.”
Additional Land at Greymouth taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth–Hokitika Railway, and for Street-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth–Hokitika Railway to take further land at Greymouth, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and to take land for street-diversion in connection therewith:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of November, 1923.

Boundaries of Otane Town District altered.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the following day, the Town District of Kaikora North was duly constituted and proclaimed under the Town Districts Act, 1881, with the boundaries described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation:
And whereas by Proclamation under the Designation of Districts Act, 1908, the name of the Town District of Kaikora North was altered to Otane, to take effect on and after the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten;
And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said town district in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, do hereby alter the boundaries of the said Town District of Otane by excluding therefrom the area described in the First Schedule hereto, and do declare that as on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, the boundaries of the said town district shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM OTANE TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, being the Otane Town District as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1886, page 1584, under the name of Kaikora North Town
