Block IX, Waihua Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly and then easterly direction adjoining or passing through the said Mohaka No. 32 Block and Subdivisions 137, 1, 138, 139A, 139B, and 140 of Waipapa Block, Block IX, Waihua Survey District, and Subdivision 141 of Waipapa Block, Blocks IX and XIV, Waihua Survey District, and Subdivisions 142 and 135 of Waipapa Block, Block XIV, Waihua Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of the said Subdivision 135 of Waipapa Block, Block XIV, Waihua Survey District, at its junction with the Napier-Wairoa Main Road, being a distance of 75 chains more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59046, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Te Maari Road, in the Kawhia County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1924.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Kawhia County, known as the Te Maari Road, commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Section 3A, Block XIV, Karioi Survey District, being approximately 63 chains west of the Union Road Junction, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of part of the said Section 3A to its junction with Union Road; thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 3A and Section 3B, Block XIV, Karioi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the western boundary of the said Section 3B, being a distance of 2 miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked AB.

Declaring Portions of the Ongarue Loan Block Roads, in the Taumarunui County, to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1924.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county roads.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Ongarue Stream Road commencing at the Ongarue Stream at a point in Rangitoto-Tuhua Section 78B 2c East, Block VIII, Ongarue Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly and then north-easterly direction adjoining or passing through the said Rangitoto-Tuhua Section 78B 2c East, and Section No. 78B 4A, Block VIII, and Rangitoto-Tuhua Sections Nos. 78B 4B and 78B 1 and Section 3, Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, and Sections 1, 3, 4, and 6, Block VI, Ongarue Survey District, and Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block V, Hurakia Survey District, and part Section 1, Block VI, Hurakia Survey District, and terminating about 20 chains west of the eastern boundary of the said Section 1, Block VI, Hurakia Survey District, being a distance of 14 miles, more or less.

Also all that portion of the Okauaka Road commencing at its junction with the Ongarue Stream Road at the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 3, Block IX, and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block X, Ongarue Survey District, and Sections 7 and part 8, Block IX, Hurakia Survey District, and terminating about 4 chains east of the western boundary of the said Section 8, Block IX, Hurakia Survey District, being a distance of 4 miles 42 chains, more or less.

Also all that portion of the Kokomiko Road commencing at its junction with the Ongarue Stream Road at a point in Rangitoto-Tuhua Section 78B 1, Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction adjoining or passing through the said Rangitoto-Tuhua Section 78B 1 and Section 4, Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, and Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and part 14, Block X, Ongarue Survey District, and terminating about 15 chains east of the boundary between the said Sections 13 and 14, Block X, Ongarue Survey District, being a distance of 5 miles 38 chains, more or less.

All in the Auckland Land District, Taumarunui County; as the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58957, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1924.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Mainene Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
