Revoking the Prohibition of the Importation of certain Publications.—C. No. 4.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1924.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Customs Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Orders in Council referred to in the Schedule hereto which prohibited the importation into New Zealand of the newspapers, periodical literature, and publications therein mentioned.
Nothing in this Order in Council shall be deemed to affect the provisions of the Order in Council made on the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted on the nineteenth day of May then instant, which prohibits the importation into New Zealand of any document which incites, encourages, advises, or advocates violence, lawlessness, or disorder, or expresses any seditious intention.

Declaring Portion of Makomako Road, in the Kawhia County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of March, 1924.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Kawhia County, known as Makomako Road, commencing at a point 15 chains east of the junction of Union, Kawaroa, and Makomako Roads in Block III, Kawhia North Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly and then north-easterly direction, adjoining or passing through part Section 3D and Sections 2 and 1, Block III, Kawhia North Survey District, and part Section 17, Block XIV, Karioi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between the said Section 17 and Section 19, Block XIV, Karioi Survey District, being a distance of 1 mile 50 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59066, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Crownthorpe Settlement Road, in the Hawke’s Bay County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, known as the Crownthorpe Settlement Road, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 18s, Crownthorpe Settlement, Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through the said Section 18s, Crownthorpe Settlement, Pukehamoamoa B Block, Lots 1 and 2 of Pukehamoamoa C Block, D.P. 3089, Lot 1 of Pukehamoamoa D Block, D.P. 1516 (all in Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District), and terminating at a point on the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1, Pukehamoamoa D Block, D.P. 1516, Block VIII, Matapiro Survey District, at its junction with the Matapiro-Whanawhana Road, being a distance of 3 miles 52 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59035, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A. B.
