Notifying Lands in North Auckland Land District for Sale by
Public Auction for Cash or on Deferred Payments.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by section one hundred and twenty-six of the Land
Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-four, as the time at which the lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public
auction for cash or on deferred payments; and I do hereby
fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those
mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Mangonui County.—Takahue Survey District.—Rural Land.
Section 9, Block IV: Area, 8 acres 1 rood; upset price, £100.
Steep broken country, all in grass; well watered by per-
manent stream. Access is from Fairburn Post-office, about
four miles distant by formed road.
Hokianga County.—Mamari Village.
Section 1: Area, 3 acres 0 roods 4 perches; upset price,
£30.
Village lot on main road Takahue to Kohukohu and
Rawene. Two miles from Broadwood and seventeen miles
from Kohukohu. Steep section, in fern.

Revoking a Regulation relative to the Equipment of the N.Z,
Military Forces.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on me the Defence Act, 1909, and its amend-
ments, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke
a regulation made under that Act, as described in the Schedule
hereto; and I do hereby declare such revocation shall have
effect as from the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.

REGULATIONS FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF THE NEW ZEALAND
MILITARY FORCES.
PARAGRAPH 237 is hereby revoked.
