powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Whangamomona to Wanganui River Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at a point 3 chains west of the boundary between Sections 11 and 12, Block XI, Mahoe Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction adjoining or passing through part of the said Sections 11 and 12, and part Sections 5 and 8, Block XI, Mahoe Survey District, and terminating at a point 10 chains 40 links east of the boundary between the said Sections 5 and 8, being a distance of 43 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58600, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of December, 1923.

THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Marangae Road in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction with Kohuratahi Road on the western boundary of Section 6, Block XVI, Pouatu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction adjoining or passing through Sections 6, 10, and 8, Block XVI, Pouatu Survey District, and Section 2, Block IV, Mahoe Survey District, and terminating at a point 42 chains south of the boundary between the said Section 8, Block XVI, Pouatu Survey District, and the said Section 2, Block IV, Mahoe Survey District; being a distance of 2 miles 13 chains, more or less.
As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58607, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58267, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
