NOTE.—The necessary alterations, &c., to the part woolshed on Run 630 (No. 27) will be made by the Crown.

The buildings not marked with * will be offered after run ballot to the successful applicants for holdings. If more than one applicant for any building or lot, preference will be decided by ballot. The parts of woolshed Nos. 23, 25, and 26, will be dismantled by the Crown about the end of February. The purchasers of 23, 25, and 26, must remove same within three months after dismantling.

Purchasers of the parts of the cook’s galley, Nos. 18 and 19, must arrange mutually to remove their respective parts within three months after date of sale. Any dispute must be referred to Commissioner of Crown Lands, whose decision will be final.
