A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest Part No. 90.
ALL that area, containing by admeasurement 940 acres, more or less, situated in Block X, Aongatete Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: On the north by State Forest No. 38 (New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 802); on the east by Provisional State Forest No. 90 (New Zealand Gazette, 1920, page 2116); on the south by Section 20A, Block III, Wairere Survey District; on the west by a road and Sections 52, 48, 47, 45, 43, 42, and 40 (Wairakau Native Reserve), Block XII, Aroha Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 026, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon washed green with neutral border.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1923.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest Part No. 97.
ALL that area, containing by admeasurement 128 acres, more or less, being part Section 2, Block X, Hurakia Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Commencing at peg No. XXVIII, on the eastern boundary of Section 16, Block IX, Hurakia Survey District, and running in a northerly direction by the eastern boundary of Sections 16 and 10, Block IX aforesaid, to its intersection with a right line from Trig. Station Ketemaringi to Trig. Station 1394, on a bearing of 336° 2′ 31″; thence running in a south-easterly direction generally along the aforesaid right line to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section 5, Block X aforesaid; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of the said Section 5, to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 45/8, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1923.
