Appointing the Time and Place for the First Meeting of the Marlborough Electric-power Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Electric-power Boards Amendment Act, 1920, I, Francis Henry Dillon Bell, acting for Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Public Works, do hereby appoint Friday, the 7th day of December, 1923, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., as the time, and the Blenheim Borough Council Chambers, as the place, for holding the first meeting of the Marlborough Electric-power Board.

Dated at Wellington this 28th day of November, 1923.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, WILLIAM GREER FLETCHER, Assistant-Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Waikato Boxing Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Dated at Auckland, this 27th day of November, 1923.
