A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a transmission, No. 16697, in favour of MARIA BLISS, of Woodville, Widow, and two transfers from her to DONALD FRASER and SARAH JANE O’BRIEN respectively, of Sections 1, Block XII, and 19, Block IV, Township of Scarborough, being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 67, folio 5, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said certificate of title, and register the transmission and transfers, as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of tile, in the name of ERIC SHAW, of Palmerston North, Carpenter, for 27.4 perches, part Section 855, Township of Palmerston North, being Lot 13 on deposited plan No. 564, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 67, folio 51, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title, as requested, after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 109, folio 300, for Lot 41 on deposit plan No. 509, part of Rural Section 1757, Borough of Timaru, whereof WINIFRED WADE, Wife of JAMES WADE, of Timaru, Storeman, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title for the said land, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
