Appointment of Acting-Consul of Denmark at Christchurch recognized provisionally.

Rangers under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, appointed.

It is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, the undermentioned persons have been appointed Rangers under and for the purposes of that Act for the Mangonui and Whangaroa Acclimatization District:-

The Public Service Commissioner notifies that he has made the following appointment in the Public Service:- Eric Ronald Murray, Esq., to be a Ranger of Beaches for the purposes of the Harbours Act, 1908, and an Assistant Inspector of Sea Fishing for the purposes of the Fisheries Act, 1908, as from the 13th day of July, 1923, and the 10th day of May, 1923, respectively.
