THE N.Z. INFANTRY.

The Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own).

Lieutenant H. S. Harrison (1st Battalion) is retired under the provisions of General Order No. 184/21, with the rank of Captain, and is granted permission to wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 15th June, 1923.

Lieutenant P. R. Gardner (1st Battalion) is retired under the provisions of General Order No. 184/21, and is granted permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 15th June, 1923.

2nd Lieutenant R. V. Fox (1st Battalion) is retired under the provisions of General Order No. 184/21, and is granted permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 15th June, 1923.

Captain T. Milliken (1st Battalion) is transferred to the Canterbury Regiment. Dated 20th June, 1923.

The commissions granted the undermentioned are cancelled under section 5A, the Defence Act, 1909. Dated 15th June, 1923 :

Lieutenant C. Brook (1st Battalion) is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 7. Dated 11th June, 1923.
