Declaring Portion of Okau Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1923.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Okau Road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction with Mount Damper Road at the south-western corner of Section 11 (school-site), Block XIV, Waro Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 11 and Section 8, and terminating at the boundary between the said Section 8, Block XIV, and Section 3, Block X, Waro Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 33 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56084, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Whinray Road to Mauromoko (Deviation), in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Opotiki County, known as Whinray Road to Mauromoko (Deviation), commencing at the southern boundary of Section 5, Block IV, Urutawa East Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction, passing through Sections 5 and 6, Block IV, Urutawa East Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Motu Falls to Whitikau Road; being a distance of 1 mile 76 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55940, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Servia Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1923.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, viz. :

“That the Auckland City Council, having control of Servia Street, Newton, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street fronting the subdivision of part Lot 18, Allotment 7, Section 7, of the Suburbs of Auckland ”; such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Servia Street, fronting part Lot 18, Allotment 7, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland. As such portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56009, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Trent Street, Island Bay, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1923.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :

“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to all that portion of the southern side of Trent Street beginning at a point 247·68 links from its intersection with The Parade and extending for a distance of 200·0 links, being the whole frontage of Lots 450 and 451, Block 8, D.P. 251, Island Bay, in the City of Wellington ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion of Trent Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Trent Street, Island Bay, abutting on Lots 450 and 451, Deeds plan No. 127. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51856, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
