ERRATA.

IN the Schedule of the notice of revocation of reservation of a permanent State forest, published in Gazette of the 21st ultimo, page 3249, for “Nelson” read “Marlborough.”

In the third item in the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 20th December, 1922, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of the 11th January, 1923, reserving lands as endowments for education, delete the words “Hangaroa Survey District.”

In the amended regulations under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, page 42, of the 11th January, 1923, for “C. A. Jeffery, Acting Clerk of the Executive Council” read “F. D. Thomson, Clerk of the Executive Council.”


Cancelling the Reservation of a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section one hundred and forty of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1922, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby cancel the reservation as a provisional State forest over Section 2, Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1923.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.


SCHEDULE.

NELSON-MARLBOROUGH FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest Part No. 92.

ALL that unsurveyed area in the Nelson Land District, estimated to contain 1,000 acres, situated in Block VI, Waitahu Survey District, Inangahua County, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-western corner of Block VI aforesaid, and bounded on the north by the block-line between Blocks II and VI in an easterly direction, 100 chains; thence by a right line running due south 100 chains; thence by a right line running due west to the block-line between Blocks V and VI, 100 chains; thence in a northerly direction by the block-line between Blocks V and VI, 100 chains, to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on forest atlas No. 120, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon washed green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1923.
