Cancelling the Reservation over a Primary-education Endowment in the North Auckland Land District and declaring same to be permanently reserved for Water-supply Purposes

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1922, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby cancel the reservation as an endowment for primary-education purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and do hereby declare the said land to be permanently reserved for water-supply purposes and to be vested in the Corporation of the City of Auckland in trust for such purposes.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 111 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Allotment 97A (E.R.), Parish of Waikomiti. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/552, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 15th day of May, 1923.

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Langdale Domain, Wellington Land District.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection two of section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Langdale Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Langdale Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.
