Rekereke No. 18; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Rekereke No. 18 and Rekereke No. 5 to the point of intersection with the western boundary of Tuahiwi No. 2; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of the said Tuahiwi No. 2 and Tuahiwi No. 42 to the point of intersection with the boundary of Ngakaroro 3c No. 5A; thence in a westerly and a southerly direction generally by the northern and western boundaries of the said Ngakaroro 3c 5A and the western boundary of the Ngakaroro 3c 5B to its south-western corner; thence easterly by the southern boundaries of the said Ngakaroro 3c 5B, and Section No. 21 of Tuahiwi No. 2 to its southernmost corner; thence easterly along the drain intersecting Lot 2, D.P. 1940, and its production to the point of intersection with the Te Waka Road; thence northerly along the said Te Waka Road to the point of intersection with the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3285; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1 to the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 3285; thence southerly along the western boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 3285, to the point of intersection with a public road running through Lot 6, D.P. 3285; thence easterly by the said public road to its junction with the main road to Wellington; thence northerly by the said main road to Wellington to its junction with the Hautere Road deviation (otherwise known as Addington Road) at the crossing over the Main Trunk Railway line; thence easterly by the said road to the point of intersection with the western boundary of part Waha-o-te-Marangai 1c; thence southerly by the said western boundary to the point of commencement.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

THOMAS HENRY PEARSON, of Opotiki,

to be Returning Officer and person to prepare the roll of electors in connection with the first election of the Board of the Waiotahi Drainage District; also to appoint Tuesday, the 30th day of January, 1923, to be the day, and the Waiotahi Dairy Company’s Factory, Waiotahi, to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Wednesday, the 7th day of February, 1923, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the day and the hour, and the said Waiotahi Dairy Company’s Factory to be the place, for holding the first meeting of the Board so elected.
