Jelliooe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 18, of the twenty-second day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-three, taking land for the purposes
of a shingle-quarry, and road access thereto, in Block VII,
Kawhia North Survey District, as affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, such Proclamation containing an
error in substance.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 1 rood
25-7 perches.
Being portion of Pirongia West No. 3B Section 2c No. 3,
Block VII, Kawhia North Survey District. (S.O. 22234.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56087,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April,
1923.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Street
Purposes in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 11, of the first day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-three, taking land for street purposes in
the City of Wellington, as affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the
purpose for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 2 roods
7 perches.
Being portion of Section 6, Harbour District, and closed road.
Situated in the City of Wellington, Block XI, Belmont
Survey District (Harbour R.D.). (S.O. 1762.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56687,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April,
1923.

Stopping a Government Road in Wakefield Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in any wise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim as stopped the Government road described in the
Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:-
2 acres 3 roods 12 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 11, Block IV, and
C.L., Block I, situated in Wakefield Survey District
(Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56409,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of April,
1923.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim as stopped the Government roads described in the
Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of road hereby stopped:
25 acres 1 rood 33-6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 51A, C.L., 36, 35, 34, and
51, Rangitaiki Parish, situated in Block V, Awa-o-te-Atua
Survey District. (S.O. 22642.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56487,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section forty-seven of the
Customs Act, 1913, and by the Customs Amendment Act,
1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
both hereby prohibit the exportation from New Zealand of
bran and pollard, save with the consent of the Minister of
Customs.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by the Legislature Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth,
Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places, and do
hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto
to be the polling-places in the said Electoral District of
Oamaru.
