Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Thames Survey District, Thames County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 22 Maramarabi No. 1, Block VIII; coloured red.
1 2 18 Maramarabi No. 3, Blocks VII and VIII; coloured yellow.
0 0 32 Native land, Blocks VII and VIII; coloured red.
0 1 1 Parehuia No. 2c 4, Block VII; coloured blue.

Situated in the Thames Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22566.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56610, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1923.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Shingle-quarry in Block VII, Kawhia North Survey District, Kawhia County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a shingle-quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kawhia as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 25.7 perches.

Being portion of Pirongia West No. 3B Section 2c No. 3, situated in Block VII, Kawhia North Survey District. (S.O. 22234.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56087, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Patoka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 11 acres 2 roods 31.5 perches.

Portion of Section 3, Block XVI, Patoka Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 524, green.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Alexandra Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
