ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated
the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hun-
dred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 63, page 2267, of the twenty-fourth day of August, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, read “Paparoa
Parish” in lieu of “Mareretu Parish” in respect of Allotments
147 and 150.

Crown Lands set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the
Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale
or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the
manner provided in the said Act.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

Kaitieke County.—Retaruke Survey District.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set
apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease
to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner
provided in the said Act.

perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
